Plağın yasal mı yoksa korsan mı olduğunu gerçekten bilmiyorum ama Chris de Burgh'ün resmi internet sitesi, bu albümü listesine almış. Plağın üzerinde, sanatçının anlaşmalı olduğu firma A&M logosu mevcut. Bu tek başına plağı orijinal yapmıyor elbet. Gerçi kimin umurunda ki. Sadece 2000 adet üretilen plak, AMSA 668344 katalog numarası ile, Chris'in Güney Afrika konserinden sonra yine o topraklarda basılmış. Orası kesin. Plağın basım tarihi 1979 yani bu yazıyı yazdığım 2012 yılı itibariyle tam 33 yaşında. Sırf bu bile beni fazlasıyla heyecanlandırıyor. Birisi benim için bu kadar zaman tertemiz saklamış plağı. Benim gibi değer bilen bir koleksiyoncuya ait olduğu da şüphe götürmez. Şimdi her şey yolunda giderse bir o kadar daha gencecik kalma fırsatı doğdu bu plağa. Albüm 1997'de Chris de Burh'ün Güney Afrika'yı tekrar ziyaretinin şerefine CD sürümüyle tekrar basılmış. Onu bile bulmak neredeyse imkansız iken, plağı asla bulunmayan sınıfında yer alıyor. Çok sıkı araştırırsanız nadiren karşınıza çıkabilir de. Ben bir mağazada buldum ve etiketleyen eleman belli ki ne olduğundan habersizdi. Nasıl desem. Arrghhhh....Look at this! A rare item from the man who told the meaning of love to us. Live in S.A. I really don't know if this item is an offical LP or bootleg but the offical website of Chris de Burgh accepts this recording. There is an A&M record company logo on the LP. It doesn't make the item offical by itself surely. Actually who cares? The LP released in South Africa with catalogue number AMSA 668344 after his South Africa live performance. That's for sure. The LP released in 1979 so it means that it is 33 years old while I am writing this review in 2012. It makes me feel so excited. Some people protected it for all that years for me. Surely he or she was a collector like me who knows the real spirit of the LP. I hope I can protect it as long as the last owner did. After years in 1997, they released the album as a CD to celebrate the return of Chris de Burgh to South Africa. Even it is so hard to find the CD version, then it is impossible to find the LP version. If you search hard, you may find one maybe. I found it in a web store and probably the seller doesn't know the real price of it. I was in the right place in the right time. Timing is everything. We are together now. Welcome to your new home 'Live in S.A.'
